Lavilash Policies

• Same Day Cancellations are 50%. If payment declines, the cancellation fee will be added to your next visit. 

• Free touch within a 3 day grace period

• Your appointment will be automatically canceled after 15min of no arrival 

• No children under 5years of age allowed inside while obtaining services

• No refunds after full service is completed

• We cannot lash your skin. You must have natural lashes on your eyes. 

• No Pets allowed inside the salon

• If you have been here within a fill timeframe but do not have any lashes on your eyes, your lash tech may charge you for a full set

• We reserve the right to refuse services to any clients
